Wanted to order some earrings for my sister in law for her 30th birthday and ordered a week before, as on the site it said delivery would take 1-3 business days. After that time had happened I had received nothing and then I had to basically beg for a response from there customer service team and once I did they told me 3 different dates when they would come and I asked for it to be cancelled as all the dates were way too far away, but after I asked that I received nothing contact from them again.
