Wanted to order some earrings for my sister in law for her 30th birthday and ordered a week before, as on the site it said delivery would take 1-3 business days. After that time had happened I had received nothing and then I had to basically beg for a response from there customer service team and once I did they told me 3 different dates when they would come and I asked for it to be cancelled as all the dates were way too far away, but after I asked that I received nothing contact from them again. Thanks for that Jack from Customer Service

Disappointing Experience with My Order

I ordered a pair of earrings and a matching necklace with emeralds. The delivery was supposed to be next day, so I waited, but it didn't arrive until the following day. When it finally did arrive, one of the earrings was broken and needs to be returned. This is frustrating as I needed the items for an event next weekend, and I'm unsure if the replacements will arrive in time.

Deeply Disappointed with My Purchase Experience

I’m deeply disappointed with my purchase experience. In January 2025, I bought a ring for over £3,000, which was advertised as being significantly discounted from an RRP of around £6,500. At that time, it seemed I was getting a great deal based on a genuine value. Less than a year later, I found the same ring being sold for about £1,800, again promoted as being “on sale” against a higher reference price. When I brought this to the company's attention, they confirmed in writing that the RRP was not an actual previous selling price, but merely a “recommended” or benchmark value that they might have never charged. They also stated that RRPs can fluctuate over time. Essentially, the “discount” was not against a real price, but rather a theoretical one. While this might be seen as “industry practice,” it feels misleading and unjust, particularly when spending a significant amount on an engagement or wedding ring. The way the pricing was presented heavily influenced my decision to purchase, and I would not have gone through with it had I known the reference price wasn’t a genuine selling price. The customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful, suggesting I contact industry bodies instead of addressing my concerns directly. I strongly recommend that anyone thinking about making a purchase carefully examine the pricing, understand what the “RRP” truly signifies, and not assume that a large advertised discount means real savings.
