I’ve been a member since September 2025, and while the card itself is a fantastic money-saver, the experience has been a total rollercoaster. Initially, I was sceptical because a fuel card for regular people, not just tradespeople, seemed like a scam, but it is genuine. After a rocky start where my card got stuck in the "printing" phase, the team was originally great; they responded to my email, pushed the card through, and even gave me a £20 apology credit. Since then, the card has worked perfectly at the pump and saved me a decent amount of money.
However, my rating is three stars because the customer service has recently dropped off a cliff. I suggested the club to a friend who now can’t get their card, and I feel like the bad person because the company has gone completely silent across all contact methods. While the app mentions they are reprinting cards for everyone due to technical issues, that shouldn't mean they can simply ignore people trying to reach out.
As they are still a new company, I really hope this is just a temporary hurdle and they can get back up and running properly soon. It’s a great service that actually helps people save, but they urgently need to stop ghosting their members to win back that trust.
