I’ve been a member since September 2025, and while the card itself is a fantastic money-saver, the experience has been a total rollercoaster. Initially, I was sceptical because a fuel card for regular people, not just tradespeople, seemed like a scam, but it is genuine. After a rocky start where my card got stuck in the "printing" phase, the team was originally great; they responded to my email, pushed the card through, and even gave me a £20 apology credit. Since then, the card has worked perfectly at the pump and saved me a decent amount of money.
However, my rating is three stars because the customer service has recently dropped off a cliff. I suggested the club to a friend who now can’t get their card, and I feel like the bad person because the company has gone completely silent across all contact methods. While the app mentions they are reprinting cards for everyone due to technical issues, that shouldn't mean they can simply ignore people trying to reach out.
As they are still a new company, I really hope this is just a temporary hurdle and they can get back up and running properly soon. It’s a great service that actually helps people save, but they urgently need to stop ghosting their members to win back that trust.
This service is truly fantastic. There was a hiccup with the shipping of my card, but after a quick email, they resolved the issue swiftly. Now, I'm able to pay less than the listed price at almost every fuel station I visit! It's incredibly useful for long motorway journeys where service stations charge exorbitant prices, as well as for the occasional fill-up at a local station. I highly recommend this service to any diesel driver in the UK looking to save money; I've already recouped my joining fee in the short time I've had the card.
At first, I had my doubts about its authenticity, but I can genuinely say my experience has been excellent. The club prices are generally lower than the pump prices, with only rare instances of them being the same or slightly higher. I haven't encountered any problems locating a petrol station, and I hope this improves even further over time. I've realized it's not only money I've saved, but also time. No more hunting for the cheapest option; I simply check the app for the weekly price and the nearest station (even if it's on the motorway), and I'm all set.
This is the best company I’ve ever worked with, offering nearly 24/7 customer support. I’m still receiving discounts at fuel stations not even part of the program. I couldn’t recommend it more highly—10/10! It has saved me a lot in just two weeks of use. Got this card within a few days I was luckily quick enough for the next run. I believe it’s 2-3 weeks usual wait time but please do not quote me.. you pay 29.99 for the card for 12 months. Go to your app ,search the network and look for a garage that’s in the network. Tesco, Esso etc there’s around 5000 forecourts to use all over the uk . You go to the pump fill up and if the pump price is saying 1.45 and the diesel club have it at 139.9 you use your fuel card that’s linked to your bank to pay 139.9 , it then works out the savings. Check your app, see how much you’ve saved and the final total gets taken out of your main bank card you linked it too.. then all you have to do is walk out like you’ve won the jackpot!! For me it’s been working great knowing that if the pump is saying 150.9 I’ll pay the club price. Any issues or questions that I have had have been answered via what’s app by the team. They have incredible customer services I cannot fault them. Also just a little side note I’m not one to jump into something without researching first this is legit and honestly you feel great!!
