Their website is trash, I was forced to buy a kit by a computer glitch. I contacted them right away to cancel the order and they said it was already shipped. That was Sunday morning. Then he wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Buyer beware, do not these scammers.

I order a diet kit from another place I don’t want to say the name but I ordered it on January 15th 2026.The parts came fast however it was supposed to come with a tune and nothing it is now January 26th and radio silence no email response now nothing! I saw a Facebook post about using The Diesel Techs and it was a great choice!! The literally round the clock support is top tier. I order a ECM and TCM tune for an 08-10 6.4 power stroke, truck runs great tunes are great. I’m super happy with them.

company is selling knock off crap as legit parts, and stolen tunes from reputable tuners do business

Please be aware this company is selling a pipe dream at best, files they don’t create, they will provide 0 support on. Furthermore the exhaust kits they claim as legit flo pro and jamo part numbers will come to you straight off the Chinese boat with the cheapest stainless steel known to man. Rust the minute exposed to air. Please do your due diligence. And the other reviews here are valid. They will not support you, they will call you an extortionist if you decide to call them on their knock off products and ask for a return or discount. Then completely ghost you.

Delete pipe does not fit, and thedieseltechs.com does not provide any support.

The chevy delete pipe I bought for my 2015 LML does not fit at all. The hangers are in totally the wrong spot. I tried reaching out to them, but they do not provide any support. They don't answer their phone and I've left several messages without a single reply...
