Review Time
An item I purchased came in two boxes both on different days, they delivered half the item and another half of a completely different item I never purchased. It’s been a month of back and forth with fantastic furniture and all they keep saying is it’s been escalated. Never buy anything online from fantastic furniture.
I regret not reviewing feedback before purchasing a mattress from the company. It's now been 15 days with no delivery. I've attempted to reach out multiple times without any success. The tracking information indicates the mattress has been out for delivery for 3 days, and I reside just 10 kilometers from the transport depot. I certainly won't be making any future purchases from them, whether online or in-store.

I was told it would arrive soon, but I got two different tracking numbers, with one leading to an incorrect address. The package was delivered to a random location, and I was informed I could go pick it up. The customer service was poor and unhelpful. I won’t order online again.

I purchased two bedside tables, but one had a faulty drawer. I assembled both the same way, yet one doesn’t function properly. After emailing three times about the issue, I received a response three weeks later asking for images of the disassembled drawers in the dumpster. I complied, only to be told I needed to prepare them for collection. Following this, I was informed that the replacement was sold out, despite being told it was on the way. I received a refund for the drawers but not for the shipping. My experience has been awful, and I will not shop here again.
If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a desk online and when I inquired about it, I was told they never received the order, even though the payment was processed. I placed another order and have now been waiting two weeks for delivery, only to be told the delivery person is too busy. This is ridiculous. Avoid shopping here!
The customer service is shockingly bad. I’ve received no replies to my emails inquiring about my sofa, which I ordered weeks ago. After finally reaching someone, I learned that my sofa isn’t even in the warehouse with no estimated arrival time. I will never order from here again.
I ordered two mattresses, but one was never delivered. They kept claiming it was coming, while I had to contact various parties to prove it wasn’t collected. They’ve supposedly requested a reshipment, but it’s been five days with no confirmation. The customer support is unhelpful, and getting a refund seems impossible. I will never shop here again.
I have made several purchases, and each time my personal experience was very positive. The staff were available and helpful, especially when there was an issue with my payment method. They took the time to assist me and resolved the problem efficiently. Will I buy from them again? Absolutely! This has been my personal experience.
