Below is my grievance. Even though it took a few months to rectify my situation, DogsLanding did send me the correct size for free. I am now a satisfied customer. I do wish it hadn't taken so long. "Not satisfied. Wrong size was sent. I sent a picture and description that said Large would fit a Golden Retriever, German Shepherd... all huge dogs. Mine is a miniature 30lb. Pomeranian/husky mix that couldn't fit in it. Kept being told it was the right size. Been emailing to someone named Karen. Asked to be in touch with her Supervisor and was never allowed to do so."
