Ordered my daughter's wedding dress. Was charged for the dress. Received a text that I had to provide confirmation of billing and shipping information because there was a hold. Promptly provided. Charge was fully processed on my card at that point. Then two days later I receive a message that the dress i ordered and paid for isn't in stock. I was offered two replacement options: one purple, one green. Or, I could get store credit.While I understand the return policy, this wasn't a return. I was charged for something that doesn't exist. That smacks of bait and switch scam.After multiple calls and promises of refund, there has been refund of the $1500 charge.I absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone.
