I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. We loved the showroom piece, had a good experience in the store and were happy with the salesperson that told us we would have the furniture in 2-4 weeks. Flash forward to 8 weeks later... we have called several times, been disconnected, been told to keep waiting and that we would get a call back. Our most recent call we were told: "it isn't our fault", "we don't get paid until you get the furniture", "it is not us, it is the buyer", "we can't help you", "we are waiting on a call back from our shipper", etc. My spouse NEVER gets angry--but the salesman actually yelled at him and by the end of the call he was yelling back. We were contacted by the manager the next day and just wanted a firm date on when it was coming, but were told this isn't something they can promise and that they would call back again. We just wanted someone to keep in touch and to be honest with the date it would arrive---had they told us 8 -12 weeks in November that would have been fine. Now we have gotten rid of the couch that we owned so we would be prepared for this one's arrival. So instead I just cancelled our order as we don't want them to get our business. I would rather wait another 12 weeks for another couch from another vendor---obviously they don't care anyway.
