I have to say I have been a frequent customer of The Dump over the past couple of months. My recent experience was good at the beginning and then turned horribly bad. Our salesperson was Trevor who was awesome. Last Saturday 3-07-26 We ordered a living room set and a dining room set to be delivered 3-14-26. We paid for the furniture including the $349.00 White glove service. We just purchased a new home and know it's going to be chaotic on moving day 3-20-26. We received a call today from Adrian or somebody stating his manager told him to call. Our furniture didn't make on the truck to be shipped, and they will not be able to deliver until Saturday 3-20-26 moving day or the day after we move 3-21-26. This is unacceptable, and its definitely not white glove service. We have no idea when the deliver will happen, they are unable to give us a window of time. We now have to hope and pray the deliver is not the same time when the movers, ADT and the cable company will be there!! Only apology, sorry for the inconvenience. Our only option is to wait or cancel the order. We spent an entire day looking for the right living room and dining room set amongst all the other things. I feel like this is not White Glove services this is poor glove service. This is why I like my role as an influencer; to go on social media websites and give a review of my experience. If nothing else to warn future customers of what could happen. We definitely don't want anyone else to pay for White Glove services and receive subpar services!!

I wish I would have read about the poor…

I wish I would have read about the poor customer service here before purchasing a mattress at the Dump. I was told it would take a week. It's been two and I'm being told it could be next week. But no promises. The sales person won't even call me back. I get text messages only. Customer service could offer nothing other than "it could be next week." Their advertising makes it seem like they have the merchandise in the back. Supposedly the mattress is being made in California "right now." that doesn't sound like big manufacturers unloading their unsold products.

The worst customer service experience

I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. We loved the showroom piece, had a good experience in the store and were happy with the salesperson that told us we would have the furniture in 2-4 weeks. Flash forward to 8 weeks later... we have called several times, been disconnected, been told to keep waiting and that we would get a call back. Our most recent call we were told: "it isn't our fault", "we don't get paid until you get the furniture", "it is not us, it is the buyer", "we can't help you", "we are waiting on a call back from our shipper", etc. My spouse NEVER gets angry--but the salesman actually yelled at him and by the end of the call he was yelling back. We were contacted by the manager the next day and just wanted a firm date on when it was coming, but were told this isn't something they can promise and that they would call back again. We just wanted someone to keep in touch and to be honest with the date it would arrive---had they told us 8 -12 weeks in November that would have been fine. Now we have gotten rid of the couch that we owned so we would be prepared for this one's arrival. So instead I just cancelled our order as we don't want them to get our business. I would rather wait another 12 weeks for another couch from another vendor---obviously they don't care anyway.

Warranties are a scam and waste of money

Against our better judgment, when we bought a full living room set, we're pressured into buying a lifetime warranty. This warranty was supposed to cover everything. When the Springs on the recliner of the couch broke and could not be fixed, we contacted the warranty department. It took a month to send somebody out. The person who came was very pleasant. However, when we got a call back, we were told that springs were not covered under the warranty. The warranty is a waste of time and money. The quality of the furniture is horrible.

I’m so discouraged with this store…

I’m so discouraged with this store AGAIN. We are selling one home, moving into a new one. I’ve been shopping for the last few months for some new furniture for the new house, but have held off buying until we had a close date and a firm move in date.So today I get those dates! I’m so excited to order my furniture and get a delivery date! I’m so excited as I’ve been wanting this living room set for a long while!I get on line, look in my cart where everything is saved and 5 out of the 6 items HAVE DOUBLED IN PRICE! I kid you not! My $2100 couch, that already had moved up to $2400 when it went to the clearance center, is now $4000!! One chair stayed the same price, but it was already $900!I call my sales rep - they don’t really do calls, so she texted me back. I had to send her copies of our previous texts, pricing, etc. she said she’d talk to her manager and get back to me.She’d did call back - he offered me 15% off ($1000) the total package - what a scam - you double the price 100%, then offer 15% off … oh! And I had to place the order before they closed TONITE - that was 15 minutes before they closed! I asked if I could call in the morning as I really needed to discuss with my partner, and got a firm NO - take it or leave it! I was stunned! Obviously their customer service is awful too!I’ll never step foot in there again!! Everything I was trying to buy was in the “close out” or “last chance” department- how do you double the price on those pieces?? SCAMMERS! Beware! Just read the other reviews here and online elsewhere. This place is a joke!!

The Dump I got 1 twitn mattress and 2 bases there was nothin wrong with matterss but 1 base was missing parts and 2 base was broke parts but Jimmmy L Cunningh says would load up on my truck , people loadup says cound not loadup on my truck at allI would like find out why i got scam

Overpriced for the poor quality and warranty company doesn’t stand behind warranty

If you buy here you better hope it never goes to crap! I haven’t even had my furniture a couple years and the sofa was coming apart. I purchased warranty on all furniture and the warranty company doesn’t stand behind it. They do everything to get out of repair. Everything they sell comes from China and Not made well. Don’t waste your money!
