I am puzzled as to why this site hasn't faced any investigation or closure. It has been an entire month since I placed my order. I've sent two emails to the support team, but all I’ve received are excuses. It seems I won’t be getting my DVDs or a refund. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller!
I wish I had read the reviews earlier. I ordered some books back in August 2025 and was told by the representative that they were sent. After waiting for months without receiving anything, I was told they'd resend with a different carrier. Despite asking for tracking information, I never received any. I've lost faith in the promises and have requested a full refund, unsure if I will even get that.
This is clearly a scam – I'm still waiting for the DVDs I ordered on February 1, 2025. Today is December 14, 2025. The representative was apologetic and promised a full refund, but I never received it. A recent bad experience with another online purchase reminded me of this one. It's unfortunate to have had so few positive online shopping experiences.

I had the same experience as many others. This business is a scam. You will not receive your orders, and they refuse to provide tracking information while lying about processing refunds. Please report this company to prevent others from falling victim.
This is a fraudulent operation. I waited a month for my DVDs. When I contacted the company, I was told by the representative that they were out of stock and it would take another 8 to 18 days to ship. After 18 days, I still received nothing and found multiple negative reviews online. I have disputed the charge on my card in hopes of getting my money back.
