I ordered a DVD set on 6 July 2020. I received good communication on the progress, but there many delays due to COVID etc...but Vince from DVD frequently reassured me that they would keep trying, sending replacements when necessary, with the item arriving in January. I feel very confident in ordering from them again, because of the way they handled the situation.
