We now go to get both our bikes serviced, and for advice on any Bike related issue that crop up. Rich is always very knowledgable and personable, and tailors his advice and recommendations to the cyclist in front of him. Rich and Tiren were both incredibly helpful when I came in earlier this week with a bad puncture, going over and above to get me back on the road quickly. Tiren even took the time to ease out an annoying squeak and advise me on future maintenance.
