Review Time
I have collected my new Cube Touring Hybrid one ebike from Bristol today. It was great to have a test ride on a similar bike. The bike feels powerful and smooth on Bristol's many hills! I really appreciated the excellent service in the store and the time that was taken in adjusting the bike for me, as well as a really detailed explanation of all the features.
Frequent visitor to The Electric Bike Shop Bristol, since buying my first electric bike there about 5 years ago. We now go to get both our bikes serviced, and for advice on any Bike related issue that crop up. Rich is always very knowledgable and personable, and tailors his advice and recommendations to the cyclist in front of him. Rich and Tiren were both incredibly helpful when I came in earlier this week with a bad puncture, going over and above to get me back on the road quickly. Tiren even took the time to ease out an annoying squeak and advise me on future maintenance.
I'm awaiting my certificate for my cycle to work scheme however the bike I liked was low stock. I spoke to customer support and got through to Jack who was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything to me very clearly and allowed me to place a deposit to hold the bike and equipment I required until my certificate comes through! It was a pleasure speaking to Jack who was very quick when it came to responses. I highly recommend ordering cycling gear and bikes form here and if you are unsure about anything use the chat function as Jack was fantastic.

I bought a cube e- mountain bike from the Gloucester store. Dom and John were fantastic- attentive, knowledgeable and really helpful. We had a bit of a misunderstanding on the cycle to work scheme but they sorted it out and as a result likely to have a repeat customer. Highly recommended!
