I had a few things wrong with my parcel yesterday and I sent an email listing all the issues and asked for someone to assist me to address the issues, within a couple of hours I got a quick response from someone in the team called Usama. Usama was very proactive and addressed all the issues before responding to my email as I got a notification of items being sent out to me again with express delivery without costing me anything. Then I received an email from Usama apologising for all the issues with my delivery and notified me of all the actions that was taken by the team. Very polite, very helpful, was proactive and addressed things instantly which was such a relief for me that I didn’t have to go back and forth and argue my case. The perfumes and offers aren’t the only reason why I’ve stayed loyal to TEV, their staff and team are amazing and look after customers to the best of their ability! Wishing Usama all the best for the future and I hope TEV knows that Usama is such an asset to their company!
