Very disappointed. Placed an order on 23rd February which stated delivery would be within 1-3 working days. However, when it did not arrive, I emailed customer services and was informed delivery would be between 4th - 6th March. When it did not arrive by 6th March, I requested a refund, which was quickly credited to my bank account. Just wish their delivery was as efficient.
I put a comment on The Essence Vault Facebook page and it has been deleted. Makes me wonder if the comments on FB are legitimate ?
I have been buying from The Essance Vault for just over a year now. The fragrance selection is amazing. The scents are extremely good, last all day. I am constantly getting compliments. It's realy affordable.
My favourite ones are Baccorate Rouge, Lost Cherry, Boujee marshmallow.
Makes designer fragrance affordable.

Ordered 3 bottles, 1 was broken on arrival. I sent an email and within a day they already sent a replacement my way. Huge thanks to Bilal for all the help and the great service! Will definitely order again!
Fantastic company, I’ve used both the app and website and both are so easy to use, the fragrance are brilliant and the ones that I’ve been able to try against the “real” scents are absolutely the same. Can’t recommend The Essence Vault highly enough brilliant company, great service and fantastic products.
My fragrance arrived quickly and well packaged. The smells. are divine, long lasting and attract many compliments. Ginger_ Lily is my favourite so far, with inspired by H4lfeti as a close runner up. I have never had so many people say, you smell amazing. The affordability and quality mean that I can explore different fragrances and use them generously. Thank you, Essence Vault.
I’ve ordered from here a couple of times now. The first order was dispatched very quickly. There was a slight delay with my second order, but when I contacted customer service I received an immediate reply and my order was delivered two days later.
The perfumes are great and smell just like the originals they’re inspired by – I honestly can’t tell the difference. Overall, really good customer service and I’d happily order again.
what a wonderful company great purfume great prices great smell ive never brought inexpensive purfume before as I tended to stick to the original brands but wow now ive discovered this i will be sticking with these also customer service are fantastic
I firmly believe in good customer service. My order was delayed by 1+ week and there wws no way of contacting anyone, I just randomly sent a message to their Instagram page and the customer service and resolution of problem I got from Nikki was super amazing. I havent tried your perfumes as I still havent recieved them, but your customer service team is your biggest win. Grow a lot guys ❤️
Had a delivery that I had placed with an additional fee for Tracked 24 shipping. Waited 4 days and still no message and Royal Mail hadn’t updated tracking. Contacted the essence vault and within the hour I had contact from an employee Peter, who refunded my delivery fees and assured me the package is arriving this morning (I just missed it haha) but either way the service was great and unexpected
