I had not understood that the BOGO offer applied to the Black Friday deal if 3 100ml fragrances and had therefore missed out on 3 fragrances that I should have had for free with my order on 24/11/25. As soon as I realised I emailed essence vault as I am a regular customer with them and Peter got back to me within 24 hours and allowed me to choose my 3 free fragrances I had missed and got them sent out to me right away . Amazing customer service . I love this company and their fragrances . Some fragrances I’ve had from them are better than the originals and are long lasting . Very good value for money . I add to my fragrance collection regularly from them . I would highly recommend them to those who love fragrance
