I placed an order and was really excited to try out the electric diffuser. I ordered 2. My delivery came and only 1 diffuser was sent. I emailed and Gareth got back to me straight away apologising that my delivery was short. He has arranged to send out another with a fast delivery date. I cant thank Gareth enough for sorting out this issue. He was really helpful and kind and also offered a discount on my next order for the mistake. I will definitely use Essence Vault again.
