I received my order of 6 100ml bottles from the Black Friday BOGOF in literally a blink of an eye, they smell fantastic and I’m a pessimist so thought they would be knock offs, but Million, Lost Cherry and Boss scents are spot on. Unfortunately the post office dropped the box and caused some damaged to two of the 6 boxes in the package. I sent a note to customer support and within 10 mins I had been contacted, apologies (even though it really is the post office’s fault) and two replacements already in the dispatch process to replace them.I have never had any customer service that quick, personable and actually fix the problem so rapidly! Special mention to Peter for helping me out with this, 5 star customer service!Looking to order some for my daughter now.
