I made an order for some scents for myself and for my husband. I contacted customer services last night about an issue with my delivery and was pleasantly surprised to have received a reply back really quickly. I assumed I would not of heard anything back for a few days. However, Arham assured me it would be dealt with and returned each message I sent him straight away, of which I was thankful for. Then today, as promised everything was sorted. I had a lovely email from Nikki assuring me that everything had been done and she too, replied to each of my emails very quickly. Nikki arranged the prompt delivery of new items - and I even had the email to say they had already been sent - all by the time we had stopped our conversation. Nikki even sent some scents that she had recommended, of which I was very thankful for. All round brilliant and efficient customer service and will happily be ordering again soon. Thank you,K x
