Unfortunately my parcel got lost due to Evri not helping so I messaged the essence vault and got an email from Adam whom was very helpful and offered a replacement or refund. I then replied the next day as I wanted to see if my items would arrive, unfortunately they didn’t. Adam kindly sent out a replacement straight away. Thank you so much. Very helpful and fast response.
