Ordered a set of 3 fragrances from Essence Vault, the first delivery failed and customer service told me to wait for Evri to deliver. After 9 days I had to ask them to resend the order. The second order was sent by Royal Mail but today, 10 days later, I have received an e-mail telling me that this order/delivery has also failed. Very strange. Refund sent. No explanation why.
