Unfortunately my item was "damaged beyond repair" in transit with Evri. I reached out to The Essence Vault customer service team, and had an instant reply from Peter. Apologising and offering a refund or replacement. I took the replacement option and was refunded my initial P&P charge without even asking for that. In a time where there are unfortunately many companies who offer awful customer service, this was wholly appreciated. Many thanks to The Essence Vault and Peter 😊
