I have bought a fair few perfumes from The Essence Vault, and I really like them all. In my latest order, 787 Wild Fig and Cassis, the bottle was leaking. Needless to say, my parcel smelt amazing. I contacted customer service, and Gareth handled my case. I was asked to provide a picture of the bottle and the box. I sent the picture and within a few hours I had the reply. A new bottle was sent to me and I had it the next day. I can only recommend The Essence Vault. Great value and excellent customer service. Shout out to Gareth for dealing with my issue so quickly.
