I made a mistake when placing a recent order. I had accidently added one of the products twice. I quickly sent an email to customer services pointing out my mistake and requesting an amendment with corresponding refund. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply from Mashal the following morning confirming that they were able to amend the order per my request and that the refund was in process. I am very grateful for the quick corrective action.
