On receipt of my order I realised there was one item missing. I reported it to the help team and Sameer who dealt with my enquiry did so promptly and professionally. Sameer was able to remedy this issue with ease and has arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Her courteous, friendly and professional attitude is an absolute asset to the Essence Vault team. In relation to the product I will be ordering a full size version of inspired by Good Girl the sample smells amazingly and exactly like my original, my husband was unable to tell the difference however cost wise the Essence Vault version is definitely much more purse friendly.
