Let’s go! I’ve heard about this company for quite some time now — always good things, actually. But I never really felt motivated to buy a “dupe” perfume, mostly out of prejudice.The other day, though, I came across a sponsored post on Instagram that caught my attention — it was about the rising cost of living and how designer and niche fragrances have become outrageously expensive. Even considering all the supposed costs with perfumers, marketing, research, and higher-quality raw materials (which I personally have my doubts about), the prices are simply absurd.That said, and having already researched how perfumes are actually made and the cost of their ingredients, I finally decided to give it a try. And what a lovely surprise it was! The quality of the fragrances truly impressed me.I first ordered By the Fireplace, which I absolutely love but could never justify paying the full designer price for. The inspired version from The Essence Vault is perfect — incredibly similar! I fell in love instantly, to the point I can’t stop wearing it. (Bear in mind I’m a perfume collector with far too many bottles — I’d need several lifetimes to use them all, as I usually wear a different one each day!)I was so delighted that I ordered more — some I already knew the originals of, and others I was simply curious to discover what the scent might be like. Of course, there’s no guarantee that an inspired fragrance will be exactly the same, but once again I was pleasantly surprised! Now I just want to buy more… someone stop me, please! 😄As for the pre- and post-purchase support — excellent! Delivery, whether via Royal Mail or Evri, was flawless. If I had to make a single suggestion, it would be regarding the bottle caps: the plastic feels quite delicate and thin. It could perhaps be a little sturdier, but I completely understand that part of the product’s cost goes into the packaging, so it’s not a big issue at all.Overall, nothing but praise! A wonderful company — congratulations, Connor!
