I can’t review their Perfume’s yet but i couldn’t resist leaving a good review about their service. Unfortunately due dpd’s poor delivery, my order did not make it to me. i contacted the essence vault about it without any expectations and within 2 days they already sent me a new one with extra fast delivery and a discount for the second order. it’s not even their fault. huge compliments to this company.
