Getting it shipped out was excellent but I did have a problem with courier company it was not essence vaults fault but had a delay in getting it to me.But I emailed essence vault about this and I was helped out by a very nice person mashal who dealt with the problem very promptly she was amazing getting the problem sorted.And the perfume is absolutely lovely
