My latest order arrived yesterday, but I was missing two bottles. I reached out to the support team late last night and received a prompt response shortly after 6am this morning, complete with a sincere apology, a plan for resolution, and an offer for a future discount. Errors can occur, but this hasn't caused me any inconvenience.
