I found this company really great to deal with. On my first purchase I ordered 3 x 100ml bottles and I loved two of the fragrances but was disappointed with one as I felt it wasn't an exact duplicate for the original one that I usually wear. I wrote an email to explain and was delighted to be offered and exchange. I dealt with Peter who was very kind and understanding and wanted to ensure I had a good experience with the company. Due to his great customer service I will definitely be ordering more perfume in the near future. My plan is to purchase some of the small samples on my next order to ensure I'm happy before I order the larger 100ml bottles. Very happy to highly recommend this company.
