This is my 4th time ordering from TEV. The perfumes are long lasting and even better than the original. This time I had one came broken,I contacted them and within 24hours I was replied to by a lovely person name Alix. He/she was able to help me as I was having trouble sending a photo via email. Alix was just wonderful. My replacement was sent out same day and i received within 36hours.Thanks soo much Alix for your patience and assistance. I will be making another purchase soon.
