I received my order in the post, although smelling lovely, one of the three bottles of perfume was broken. I sent an email when I got home from work with the picture of the broken bottle and Sameer from the customer service team got back to me so quickly (outside of 9-5 hours) with a replacement sorted.
First of many orders I am sure to come, all smell lovely. ☺️
