Essence vault is truly amazing and the customer service is one of the best iv experienced, had an issue with evri losing my order , and Gareth at essence vault very much quickly and kindly sent another order out via Royal Mail as I stated we’d been having major issues with evri here, Royal Mail always faultless so he kindly had it sent via RM and received within 3/4 days (had been 8-9 days waiting for movement from evri ) . Customer service is always helpful, polite and very quick responses! Thank you again Gareth ☺️
