Very disappointed. Placed an order on 23rd February which stated delivery would be within 1-3 working days. However, when it did not arrive, I emailed customer services and was informed delivery would be between 4th - 6th March. When it did not arrive by 6th March, I requested a refund, which was quickly credited to my bank account. Just wish their delivery was as efficient.
I put a comment on The Essence Vault Facebook page and it has been deleted. Makes me wonder if the comments on FB are legitimate ?
