I am incredibly impressed with this company from what I have experienced. My only potential concern is whether the products are genuine only because finding the masks I was looking for/needing falls into the ‘too good to be true’ category, but they certainly appear to be genuine.I found the website very well designed and easy to use and I appreciated being able to know how many of the items were in stock. The order arrived very quickly and was well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived.I was ordering masks even before COVID-19 owing to issues I had last year with the H1N1 flu that landed me in the ICU for some time in a coma and on a respirator. I had been unable to find any of the masks I usually ordered in the UK and they were available here which I am grateful for. I do hope they are genuine and I suppose there is no way to tell for certain but they definitely appear to be and seem to be of high quality. I am hoping the owners just had good contacts from which they were able to source the masks and I am reassured from the excellent experience with the website, delivery and the condition and appearance of the items. I wish all companies were like this. The owners ought to be congratulated. I am sure they will be very successful in whatever they set out to do if they continue providing such good service and such a good experience for customers.
