Thankfully, a store specializing in face masks has generously donated some masks, which we truly appreciate.

I recently reached out to customer service to order a pack of masks and was informed that the item I wanted was being sold for just one pence as part of a clearance. I was surprised by the low price! They mentioned wanting to 'get rid of' the masks. However, I couldn't complete the order because their system was down and was told to call back the next morning, which I did. To my dismay, I was then charged the full price for the masks plus delivery. I argued that just the night before, I was told about the clearance price and that I was advised to call back due to their system issues, but they refused to honor the price and insisted on the full amount. As a long-time customer, I felt poorly treated. It was disappointing that they did not uphold the clearance price, especially since I couldn't place an order through no fault of my own. If they wanted to 'get rid of' the masks the previous day, why did that change by morning? This raises doubts about their honesty. I am hesitant to order from them again if this is how they treat customers. I've been ordering from them for years without any issues until now.
I was genuinely impressed with the service. The representative was fantastic—friendly, incredibly helpful, and processed my order swiftly. They went above and beyond, which is rare these days. The entire experience was seamless, and I felt truly valued. I will definitely be ordering again. Huge thanks to the team!
The items I received were inconsistent, arriving loose and damaged. Upon contacting the manufacturer, I learned that the seller is not an authorized distributor and should not be selling these masks intended for medical use or those made for a different market. They offered a refund but provided no apology or changes to their products. The way they packaged and shipped the items raises concerns about their authenticity. For reliable respiratory protection, I had to seek out authorized distributors, which, while not as cheap, offer better quality and assurance. Their website seems to filter reviews, as I found no way to leave my feedback. They claim 100% satisfaction on shipping and damages, which is misleading. Unfortunately, I know others who have faced similar issues with damaged products. It's disappointing as they used to be a trusted source for PPE and information, but their staff appear uninformed and indifferent to customer concerns.
My initial order went smoothly because they had stock available. I signed up for notifications for when another mask would be back in stock. I received an email at 15:51 and made my purchase on the same day at 20:59. I got confirmations for my order and dispatch, but later I received an email stating I couldn’t purchase the items and was offered a substitute or refund. These masks are specifically for young children, and finding them at a reasonable price elsewhere is difficult. I asked how they sold out in five hours, and they simply stated they had sold out without providing any information about restock times or any explanation. I find it hard to believe that they are so popular in the UK that stock would vanish that quickly. This has not been a good experience.
Mistakes happen, and this company initially sent me the wrong box of masks. However, their response is what sets them apart. They realized I don’t have a printer for labels and that getting to a post office is challenging for me. They sent a box of replacement masks with a pre-printed return label and arranged for collection from my home. I couldn’t ask for better service. They tailored their solution to my needs rather than giving a standard response, which really impressed me.
