Initially, we prepared meals for our dog, but as the symptoms of Cushing's disease worsened, we opted for a subscription with a pet food service. They reliably delivered high-quality meals on time and provided excellent customer support. Sadly, our beloved pet passed away (Oct 27) due to complications, and we decided to cancel our subscription. The service refunded our last order, which arrived just after our pet's passing, and even sent a lovely plant that we now keep in memory of our dog. We plan to adopt another dog in the future and will definitely remain a loyal customer of this service.
