The food was truly excellent—my dogs really enjoyed it. However, the billing process was quite confusing and disappointing. I was charged on the 1st and then again on the 8th, despite the support team indicating that billing happens every 14 days. If billing was supposed to be every 14 days from the 1st, the next charge should have been on the 15th, and I hadn't even received the first shipment before the second charge was attempted. Due to the misalignment between billing and delivery, I ended up canceling, which was frustrating since the product itself was wonderful.
