The beef strips were rotten upon arrival, and the beef mince had a strong vinegar smell, appearing brown and unappetizing. All the chicken pieces were sloppy and had an unpleasant odor. Overall, it felt like a box of spoiled meat. Attempted to resolve a refund with the support team but received no response and never saw my money returned. Save your time and finances; it's best to avoid this platform that offers such poor quality. You're better off purchasing a known product where you understand what you're getting.
