I went for some lunch at the deli and got to say the good was top class the mighty best box was huge and I enjoyed every bit of it.
Carnt wait for another day off to go try more food.
Also picked up loads of great value meat from the store.
This was my first order with the fat butcher. I was a bit apprehensive ordering meat online. I am pleased to say I am very pleased with my order. I ordered the Christmas hamper. The meat was such good quality. The turkey was great no bone all meat. The pork the beef the gammon plus the sausages sausage meat bacon all such good quality. I would order again in the future. If like me you were not sure about buying meat online, don’t be I’m sure like me you will be very pleased the your order.

I reached out to the company via email to inquire about the use by date on the garlic pork loins since it wasn't listed on the packaging. It's been two weeks with no reply. In the meantime, I received a notification from the company about a change in the delivery date for my new order. I replied to that email, confirming the update and again asked about the expiry date, but still no response. I sent another email, and once again, no answer. It's quite disappointing.
They are quick to process payments and charge £11.99 for delivery, but customer service seems lacking.
Received subpar meat from overseas, delivered in a box. The lamb bones had no meat in the mint marinade, and the bacon ribs in BBQ marinade were tough, indicating spoilage. The beef strips were rotten upon arrival, and the beef mince had a strong vinegar smell, appearing brown and unappetizing. All the chicken pieces were sloppy and had an unpleasant odor. Overall, it felt like a box of spoiled meat. Attempted to resolve a refund with the support team but received no response and never saw my money returned. Save your time and finances; it's best to avoid this platform that offers such poor quality. You're better off purchasing a known product where you understand what you're getting.
I made a £90 order for summer items, and I was pleasantly surprised by the professional packaging. The boxes look fantastic, and care was taken during packing. The size of the delivery was impressive—two boxes! The customized packaging must cost the company a fair amount, but it looks great. Everything was vacuum-packed tightly, with no juices leaking around the boxes.
