I reached out to the company via email to inquire about the use by date on the garlic pork loins since it wasn't listed on the packaging. It's been two weeks with no reply. In the meantime, I received a notification from the company about a change in the delivery date for my new order. I replied to that email, confirming the update and again asked about the expiry date, but still no response. I sent another email, and once again, no answer. It's quite disappointing.
They are quick to process payments and charge £11.99 for delivery, but customer service seems lacking.
