The Feed tried to switch an item on my order that was not available to another flavor only informing me after shipment with the expectation that I pay for the switched in product. I'm glad they informed me, but the original item should have been cancelled or allow me to make a decision before expecting me to pay for the substitution. Once I raised my issue with the process, they were helpful and resolved it effectively.
