The Feed tried to switch an item on my order that was not available to another flavor only informing me after shipment with the expectation that I pay for the switched in product. I'm glad they informed me, but the original item should have been cancelled or allow me to make a decision before expecting me to pay for the substitution. Once I raised my issue with the process, they were helpful and resolved it effectively.
This is my preferred place for gels and hydration. I've encountered a few damaged gels, but they provided credit or replacements. I love being able to try new gels and hydration in single servings, so I don't have to commit to a large pack. I just wish my favorite flavors didn't sell out so fast!
Once again, I had a great experience with this service. I did wait over a week for my order due to stock issues, but during the Black Friday sale, it's understandable. Once shipped, it arrived quickly. I appreciate supporting a service that genuinely aims to provide affordable sports nutrition for all athletes.
