I’m deeply dissatisfied with my experience with the company. I was pitched a hotel unit investment promising around 10% returns and perks like a 14-day stay in the hotel. However, the actual returns have been far below expectations, closer to under 2%, and the entire experience felt like high-pressure sales with grand promises that did not materialize. Additionally, the room rates are quite low, so even with occupancy, the income is not as advertised. They market upscale restaurants and amenities within the hotel, but it’s crucial to realize that returns are based solely on room occupancy and income, not the overall hotel business. When I expressed my concerns, the reply I got was essentially to recover my investment by purchasing another unit in a new project at a supposedly good price, which felt more like an attempt to push me into further spending rather than addressing my issues. Reselling has also been a significant challenge. I was later informed that the company does not facilitate resales, meaning I have to find my own agent. To make matters worse, I’ve noticed units being sold for about a third of what we originally paid. In my view, this has been a very misleading investment where the only party consistently profiting is the company. I would strongly advise others to conduct thorough research and avoid risking their hard-earned money.
