My Dad ordered some shoes from this company and when they came he didn't like them. They were uncomfortable and he didn't think they looked as nice in person as they did in the FB ad. I helped him contact support to request return instructions so he could get a refund. They first said they needed proof there was something wrong with the shoes. When we shared that they were uncomfortable they asked us to place another order. When we declined and requested for the third time that they provide us with return instructions they said it costs about $20 to ship the shoes back to China. If you still want to return them, email us back and request a return address. So they don't issue return mailing lables, they make it difficult (especially for older folks) to get help from them, and they basically figure that people won't want to deal with the hassles and will keep their products even when they're not what they want.
