Our Christmas plans were completely ruined. We ordered £143 worth of fish in August for a sushi Christmas dinner. I called multiple times to confirm the order and was assured everything was in place. However, when the order arrived, most of it was missing, including all the main sushi items. After finally getting through to someone, I found him to be unhelpful and unsympathetic. He checked and found that 2 of the 3 missing items were still in stock, yet one was out of stock despite being ordered months in advance. He offered a delivery on the 29th or a refund, and we chose the refund. We recently moved and couldn't afford gifts this year; this was the one thing my daughter looked forward to, as we don't even have a Christmas tree. To top it off, he sarcastically wished me a nice Christmas after I explained our situation. Thanks for ruining our holiday.
