I prefer the tradition of shucking oysters myself to ensure they are fresh. We were disappointed with the preshucked vacuum-packed oysters, and nobody is eating them. Additionally, all three packs had a label stating 'best before 10 December,' but they arrived on 20 December. The dressed crabs were frozen and packed in cellophane, making them extremely watery. I don't think your prices reflect the quality. I won't be using your service again for items that must be fresh, and I request a refund or credit note for the entire order due to the disappointment. I made a complaint by email but just received a generic response. No one has contacted me about a refund, which I will pursue.
