Our holiday plans were completely disrupted. We placed an order for £143 worth of fish back in August for our sushi Christmas dinner. I made several calls to confirm the order, and was assured everything was in order. However, when the order arrived, a significant portion was missing, including all key sushi items. After finally reaching someone, I found him unhelpful and lacking empathy. He checked the inventory and surprisingly found that 2 out of the 3 missing items were still available! One was inexplicably out of stock despite our early order. He offered a delivery on the 29th or a refund, and we opted for the refund. We recently moved and had no budget for gifts this year; this was the one thing my daughter looked forward to, as we don't even have a Christmas tree. To make matters worse, he sarcastically wished me a nice Christmas after I explained our situation. Thanks for ruining our holiday.
