I received an order that was significantly incomplete. I can't reach customer service through the provided number, as they only direct you to email. Even then, responses take much longer than promised. It's been over a month since my order, and despite multiple emails, I have not received a reply. I needed these items for craft shows that have already passed. This was my largest order ever, and it will be my last. I wish to take my business elsewhere to a company that values customer experience. My only option now seems to be legal action due to their lack of response.
